In most cases, one single session cannot offer a full fitness programme.
Personal training/fitness is most effective as part of a specially-developed programme including other areas of therapy and massage where required.
At your introductory session, you will be assessed as to your fitness level and capability to join a programme. The trainer will speak to you about the issues you have been experiencing and your goals.
Following your initial assessment the trainer will design a personal programme and work with you on a one-to-one basis. Each session lasts between 40-60 minutes giving you focused time and space to progress.
Training Options
- Partner training
- Train with a friend, family member or partner for added motivation
- Small group training (suitable for all age groups) in a supportive environment
